IT Operations Manager
a little bit about me
Joseph Pappel is the IT Manager at 3CT, having 11 years of experience in the IT field. His background is diverse, ranging from working for internet service providers to systems administration in large scale networks. At 3CTech, Joseph works with customers in designing, implementing and managing reliable solutions to maximize a business’s continuity. In his spare time, Joseph is an active member on the local fire department and a busy family man.

a little bit about me
Jeff was born and raised in Saskatchewan but moved to Manitoba after meeting his wife. He is the Lead Technician at 3CTech, where he does a variety of in store device repairs and runs splicing operations. Jeff has found that the variety of work 3CTech offers has allowed him to grow as a technician and has been exposed to positions he never thought he would be in. In his free time, Jeff enjoys shooting guns, playing video games, and has recently taken up chess. Jeff looks forward to working on future splicing and Commercial Network Enhancement projects in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Bell MTS Store Manager
a little bit about me
Melissa has been the Bell MTS store Manager for the past 5 years, working closely with 3C Tech to find the products that customers are looking for. She enjoys helping customers find the products that will make their lives easier and connecting them with their families no matter where they may be. Melissa resides on a farm outside of Virden with her daughter and sister. When she is not at the store, one can find her helping out at her parent’s farm with the small animals they have.

Haley is the bookkeeper of 3CTech, a company that always puts their customer’s needs first. Haley enjoys working with the staff, and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family usually at the rink in the winter and camping in the summer.

Bell MTS Representative
a little bit about me
Miranda has been working as our Bell MTS representative for the last year and has enjoyed the experience immensely. She has gained computer knowledge from the guys of 3CTech and has been able to pass it on to customers in her life. Miranda has also become confident in her ability to help customers with their phones. Recently, Miranda moved to town from her family farm and when she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and nieces, as well as babysitting for a few families.
