Open Position: 3CTech Business Center Lead
Location: Virden, MB

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a customer service superstar with an interest in technology. This role involves leading two of our fastest-growing divisions: 3CTech Personal Managed IT and 3CTech Business Center. Your focus will be on driving sales and customer support, propelling the growth of our Personal IT and Business Center divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth targets for the Business Center and Personal Managed IT divisions.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Efficiently handle client inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the business center.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the management team on various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a tech-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Team player with a strong orientation towards customer service.
Education:
Post-secondary education or a high school diploma is required, with a preference for those with a background in business administration, finance, or a tech-related field.

Open Position: IT Service Technician
Location: Virden, MB
Job Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
As a Field Technician, you’ll provide essential on-site support to our clients in Virden, MB, and surrounding areas. This role involves frequent travel to client sites, where you’ll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Handle installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to 3CTech’s success.
- Continuously update your IT and networking knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of computer and networking systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience in repairing and maintaining IT systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Independent and team-oriented work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Experience with remote support tools is advantageous.
