Business Managed IT - Support Technician

This Role
You’ll split your week between the office (remote support, customer calls, projects) and on-site at client locations across the region. Some days are clean and quiet. Other days a router goes down 90 minutes from town and you’re the one heading out. You’ll work alongside techs who’ve been doing this for years and will teach you what they know — and we’ll expect you to jump in and embrace the challenge.
Day-to-Day
- Working with and supporting our customers remotely and on-site
- Windows endpoint support, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Networking — routers, switches, firewalls, the weird stuff
- Microsoft 365 admin (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, accounts)
- Security stack — antivirus, MDR, patching, monitoring
- Talking to clients clearly, calmly, and honestly
- And most importantly, jump in and help when needed on all aspects of our business
What We Need
- Solid IT fundamentals — formal training, certs, or hard-earned experience all count
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation (you will be on the road)
- The ability to talk to non-tech people without making them feel insecure
- A problem-solver’s brain — the kind that keeps digging until it’s actually fixed
- A keen interest in AI and its ability to enhance and add even more value to our customers
- Someone who shows up, does the work, and owns their mistakes and gets better every day
