Born and raised in western Manitoba, Marc brings years of experience from coaching junior hockey and running businesses across Canada and the U.S.
Today, he leads 3CTech with the same values he brings to the rink: teamwork, trust, and a commitment to helping people succeed. When he’s not supporting clients or guiding the team, you’ll find him spending time with his family or watching a good hockey game.

With over 11 years of IT experience, Joseph is the steady hand behind many of the reliable systems our clients depend on. His background spans internet service providers, large‑scale networks, and hands‑on systems administration — giving him a unique ability to design and manage solutions that keep businesses running smoothly.
Outside of work, Joseph serves his community as a volunteer firefighter and stays busy as a dedicated family man.

Jeff is the definition of hands‑on expertise.
Originally from Saskatchewan, he moved to Manitoba after meeting his wife and has since become a key part of 3CTech’s technical team.
From in‑store device repairs to fiber splicing operations, Jeff thrives on variety and challenges. He’s grown into roles he never imagined — and he’s excited for the future of splicing and commercial network projects across Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
When he’s off the clock, Jeff enjoys shooting sports, video games, and his newest hobby: chess.

When he’s not on the job, Devon enjoys life on the family farm, camping, and spending time outdoors.

Melissa Huston
For the past five years, Melissa has been the friendly, knowledgeable face of the Bell MTS store — working closely with 3CTech to help customers find the right products and stay connected with the people they love.
She lives on a farm outside Virden with her daughter and sister, and when she’s not at the store, she’s helping out with the family’s small animals.
Melissa makes technology feel simple, friendly, and personal — just the way it should be.

James grew up in the Philippines before beginning his journey as an international student in Ontario. In 2023, he made the move to Manitoba, bringing with him more than 23 years of experience in the IT field. His background spans both hardware and software, with deep hands‑on expertise in diagnostics, repairs, system optimization, and technical support across a wide range of devices and platforms.
Since joining 3CTech, James has found a place where his skills, passion, and curiosity truly align. He thrives on solving hardware challenges, configuring software, and helping people get the most out of their technology. For James, 3CTech feels like a haven — a team that values his experience and gives him space to continue growing while doing the work he loves.
