1. What this software is
MB 2.0 is internal software built and operated by 3CTech Ltd. for its own business use. It is not sold, licensed, distributed or offered to the public, and it is not available for installation by anyone outside 3CTech Ltd.

2. Who may use it
Use is limited to employees and authorised representatives of 3CTech Ltd., signing in with a 3CTech Microsoft work account. No other person is granted any right to access or use this software.

3. What it does with QuickBooks
Where a 3CTech Ltd. QuickBooks Online administrator authorises the connection, MB 2.0 reads accounting records — customers, invoices, payments, credits — from 3CTech’s own company file, in order to reconcile those records against 3CTech’s service and banking records.

MB 2.0 holds read-only access. It cannot create, alter or delete any record in QuickBooks Online. It does not request payment-processing permission and cannot move money.

4. Ending the connection
The QuickBooks connection may be ended at any time, either from within QuickBooks Online or from the application’s own disconnect page. Doing so removes MB 2.0’s access tokens and ends its ability to read the company file.

5. No warranty
This software is provided to 3CTech Ltd. staff “as is”, for internal use, without warranty of any kind. Figures produced by MB 2.0 are working figures intended to support human judgement; they do not replace the accounting records held in QuickBooks Online, and no decision with financial or legal consequence should rest on them without a person checking the underlying records.

6. Limitation of liability
3CTech Ltd. accepts no liability to any third party arising from this software, which is not offered to third parties.

7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
